The biggest difference for me came when I stopped treating footwork as a warm-up and started treating it as the main session goal once or twice a week. Even 10 focused minutes changes how ear

As a newer player this is exactly the lesson I learned the hard way. I bought a better racket first, but I still felt rushed on almost every shot until I worked on movement.
