Good starter format here: goal, level, and whether you mostly play singles or doubles. That usually makes the replies much more useful.

If anyone is training for league matches, it would be useful to mention how many sessions you realistically have this week as well.

My goal this week is just cleaner contact on basic clears and not panicking when I am late. Still very beginner level, but I want one simple thing to improve.
