The most useful post-match notes are usually very small and specific. “Late to the forehand rear corner” is much easier to train than “everything felt off”.

I also think it helps to separate technical problems from decision-making problems. Those need different fixes.

What worked: serve quality. What broke down: rushed mid-court choices. Next thing to train: first three shots after serve and return.
