I like the idea of keeping one block for serves and return patterns. People skip that too often because it feels less exciting than movement work.

If somebody only has 45 minutes, I would rather see three focused blocks done well than trying to squeeze in everything.

If someone is truly solo, I would bias the session toward movement, serves, and a small number of high-quality repetitions rather than trying to imitate multi-shuttle work alone.
