Mental game — how do you reset after a bad rally?

Had a match on Saturday where I let one bad line call throw me off for the entire next game. Got in my head and couldn't clear it. My opponent was solid but not unbeatable — I just couldn't focus. Anyone have techniques for resetting mentally between rallies? Deep breathing, routine, something else?

The trick that works for me is having a physical anchor — I touch my racket strings twice, then reset. Sounds silly but it breaks the spiral.

Power breathing — 4 count in through nose, hold 4, out through mouth. Used it in a tight match on Saturday and it genuinely helps. Especially after a long rally.
