Shadow practice changed my game too. I do it with music — 4-minute songs, move for the whole track. Feels less like a chore.

View in threadAt club level I'd focus on placement over power. The 150km/h smash is useless if it's straight into the net or out. Consistent 130km/h placement wins more points.
