Joined the local club that same year, played county within two years. There's something about the speed and the sound of a clean smash that just hooks you.\n\nWhat about you lot?

My friend dragged me to a social session at our local leisure centre. I was terrible - couldn't even serve properly! But everyone was so friendly and patient. Three months later I'm playing three times a week. It's so addictive!

Grew up watching Lin Dan and Lee Chong Wei on YouTube. Those rallies in the 2012 Olympic final? Incredible. Started playing properly at uni and never looked back. Doubles became my main thing because I love the teamwork aspect.
