Now that the marketplace is getting busier, thought we should discuss some basic selling etiquette:
- Be honest about condition. If there are scratches, say so
- Include clear photos
- State your price - do not just say offers
- Respond to messages within 24 hours
- If you agree a deal, honour it. Do not sell to someone else for more
Anything else people think should be added?

Good list Mike. I would add: if you are selling rackets, state the grip size and weight class (3U, 4U etc). So many listings just say the model name with no specs.

From a coach perspective - please be realistic about condition descriptions. Excellent condition means barely used, not played twice a week for a year with some scuffs. That would be good condition at best.

Also worth saying: if a buyer asks questions, do not get offended. Especially for expensive rackets, people want to make sure they are not getting scammed. Being open and helpful builds trust.
